PNC has no AI for your investments
As of October 2026 we found no PNC AI assistant for investors and no connector for Claude or ChatGPT. PNC's online investing comes with no investment guidance; advice comes from a PNC financial advisor.
Where Walnut fits
PNC shows your investments next to your PNC bank accounts. Walnut reads them next to Fidelity, Robinhood or any other broker you connect, puts each holding against the S&P 500, and lets you ask about all of it.

Everything else people ask about investing at PNC, answered plainly.
Short answer
It suits people who already bank at PNC. Self-directed investing has no minimum, a $0 annual fee and $0 commission on online stock and ETF trades. It needs an eligible PNC banking relationship, and PNC gives no investment guidance on online trades.
You can hold an individual brokerage account with stocks, ETFs and mutual funds, plus a Traditional, Roth or Rollover IRA. Not every product PNC offers can be traded online; some go through a PNC financial advisor, at the commission in PNC's fee schedule.
What PNC does not show is how the pieces fit. A brokerage account and two IRAs each report on their own, so one stock or one sector taking over the total is easy to miss.

Short answer
PNC has no official connector for ChatGPT or Claude as of October 2026. Walnut links a PNC investment account through a secure connection, read only, and its connector brings those holdings into Claude and ChatGPT, next to anything you hold elsewhere.
Through Walnut the assistant sees your PNC stocks, ETFs and funds at live prices. It reads and explains, gives a keep, trim or exit read on each holding, and leaves orders for a PNC account to be placed at PNC.
